Service Technologies.

For large crude oil tank cleaning, we use UK based “Resuspension” technology as an alternative to current traditional tank cleaning methods used in India. This provides;

• Reduced tank outage and man entry time, processing more than 90% of the sludge in situ before man entry stage.A proven, robust, practical and effective system for crude oil sludge recovery via bottom manways.
• Recovery can be more than 95 % oil from the sludge before residual sediment can be further processed and disposed.
• Chemical additives are not normally used.
• Minimizes man entry to the tank while recovering oil in sludge in-situ.

For oily sludge processing from pits and lagoons in oil drilling areas, and crude oil terminals, we use UK based “Hydrocyclonic” separation technology not normally used in India. This provides;

• A higher throughput, robust, safe, practical, and effective method to recover oil from oil sludges.
• Chemicals are not normally required.
• Independent operation and mobile trailer mounted main units.

Oily sludge processing of oil refineries sludge is carried out by conventional method using decanter and commonly requires speciality chemical additives.
