We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in sludge processing or tank cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for sludge processing and tank cleaning projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with project Engineer, and site workers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports for management.
• Allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and safety briefings.
• Provide training and support to site personnel to enhance performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sludge processing or tank cleaning.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing site operations.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Certification in relevant safety standards.
• Knowledge of best practices in sludge processing and tank cleaning.
